He walked me step by step through the construction process and gave me a very competitive quote (I had 6 quotes in total). Denis was very upfront with the pricing and delivered as expected. He gave me many suggestions in terms of the details (extra insulation, heated floors, etc) that add value to the house and make it truly a home.
