I seldom write a review but when someone's service goes above and beyond what is expected, I feel compelled to give my impression. Denis was suggested to me by my real estate agent who said that he had very capricious French clients and Denis was the only one who could meet their expectations in quality. I decided to give Denis a call and from the first meeting he was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. He walked me step by step through the construction process and gave me a very competitive quote (I had 6 quotes in total). Denis was very upfront with the pricing and delivered as expected. He gave me many suggestions in terms of the details (extra insulation, heated floors, etc) that add value to the house and make it truly a home. I would give Denis and Costecasa 6 stars if the option existed.
